Perhaps the echoes of past experiences, especially those with your parents, continue to influence your present. You may long to feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your emotions and behaviours. Therapy offers a space to explore these challenges with curiosity and compassion.

I believe healing begins with understanding. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that no longer serve you, uncover parts of yourself you may not have fully understood before, and reconnect with the strengths within you.
